The 2018 White Ribbon Day Breakfast had a young woman speaking about her journey as a child living in Domestic Violence. Sarahjane Bradford talked about the physical, verbal and mental abuse she suffered and who the important people were in her life to deal with this.
Sarahjane is now committed to speaking about the impacts of Domestic Violence and how she managed to come through it all to become a Nurse. The VIP guest was Minister Troy Grant. The 340 attendees were also entertained by 10-12 yo boys who performed a DV Rap. These boys are learning about Domestic Violence and Health Relationships through the RESPECT program in Bankstown.
